We are looking for an in-house Shopify Specialist in Bloomington, IL to join our team to design, develop, setup & maintain Shopify websites for our e-commerce clients. If you've got experience building and maintaining e-commerce websites in Shopify, and have a deep desire to help businesses grow, then we would love to meet you!
As a Shopify Specialist, you will work with our Web Strategy & Project Managment team to design and develop shopify websites for our business clients. We are looking for 2+ years experience in Shopify design and development is required with working proficiency in HTML/CSS and Liquid. You should be passionate about solving problems with simple solutions, and have an inate curiosity & resourcfulness to make the machines do the work!
These are the qualifications that we are looking for:
- Passionate about the web, e-commerce, user experience, mobile usability, and new technologies
- Strategic Thinker
- Desire to create new systems of accountability & efficiency
- Autonomous Self Starter
- Ample experience with Shopify design, development, app integrations, navigation, theme customizer, pages, products, and more
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS and Liquid
- Attention to detail
- A positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to learn
Job Responsibilities:
- Designing & developing new Shopify stores using Shopify themes as the foundation
- Assisting in coaching the client's ongoing managment & content updates for all of our Shopify sites
- Generating new ideas to help improve user experience, mobile experience, load times, usability, average order value, conversion rates, and lead captures
- Collaborating with the Web Strategy, Project Managment, Design, Development, Web-Marketing & Billing teams to provide exceptional service & value for our clients.
