We need a highly motivated and experienced sales person; someone with a little grit and a lot of hustle. We're looking for someone that would thrive in identifying organizations that could benefit from a team dedicated to improving their website and web marketing. We need someone that LOVES the "high" of closing a deal but is disciplined about balancing that with a strong desire to only sign right clients to right projects. 

 

We have a great company culture, a team of seriously dedicated creatives that thrive on building great websites and web marketing campaigns for our customers. We know there are businsses and non-profits that know they need our help. What we need most is a person that's unafraid to make calls, knock on doors, and pro-actively deliver strategies to potential customers that our creative team can deploy to help businesses grow! This means you're taking care of inbound leads, contributing to generating  your own leads,  managing follow ups, writing proposals and signing new deals.

 

We need someone  with the right work ethic and personality to thrive in a fun, creative design environment with high growth and earning potential. 

 

Our bonus and commission structure is designed to grow your earnings as fast as you are able to grow our queue of right customers & right projects. Plus, every project you sign contibutes to higher earning potential in every subsequent year due to the recurring nature of our services. You'll earn a commission on the one-time services today and you'll earn an ongoing commission on all recurring services going forward (most projects require both one-time and recurring services).

Website and Web Marketing Sales' primary role is to:

 

  • Build relationships with our target customers in your territory or vertical.
  • Be able to ask great questions, be a great listener and interpret feedback from customers to craft a great web marketing plan that utilizes all available tools at a fair price. 
  • Make multiple outbound calls and drop ins with potential customers every week.
  • Produce and deliver custom web strategies to ideal target customers.
  • Be strategically-minded to not just knock on doors but to knock on the right doors.
  • Have no shame in asking to move things forward with a customer when the fit is right.
  • Able to walk away from a project when the fit is not right. We do not sign everything. We only sign projects that we know will be a home run for our team and for our clients.
  • Be more than just a door opener. You must be a closer; one that appreciates the thrill of signing and exceeding your goals.
  • Capable of brushing off the occassional 'no' to get you one step closer to meeting the customer that will give you the 'yes.'
  • Coordinating with the Project Manager & our team, playing the role of client advocate to knock projects out of the park!
