Managing the Details
The Bookkeeper / HR Admin provides a true right hand to our CEO stewarding all things accounting, payroll & HR. This role provides both the consistency in processes & the added capacity to keep it all growing! Our hope for this position is that this individual would provide an administrative & relational exponent to the day to day operations of the Cybernautic family of companies! This position primarily serves the CEO, and is 50% execution of replicable systems & processes, and 50% project work to keep the world spinning. If you’ve worked using Quikbooks to manage accounts payable & receivable in the past, and are looking for more variety & human interaction, this is the job for you!

- Previous Quikbooks Experience Required

Job Duties:
Bookkeeper: Assist our CEO & Accountant in the day to day stewardship of our various company’s finances.
- Cybernautic, CMD & CLS Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Tenant Leases & Property Management
- Payroll Taxes/W2’s/1099’s
- Monthly reporting
HR Admin: Assist our CEO & VP in stewarding & improving our HR policies & procedures, to continually enhance our company culture!
